You can sign-up as a wellness provider by clicking on ‘Register’ in the top right section of the home screen, and select the ‘Provider’ option. Once you have chosen the monthly or yearly payment option, your profile will be submitted for review. Upon approval, you will be ready to start your journey as one of our valued wellness providers.
Clients are able to create a free account. Simply click on ‘Register’ in the top right section of the home page, and select the ‘Client’ option. Complete the information needed, and begin your journey toward proactive, and preventative health.
Once you sign up for a free account, you will be able to use the search bar on the homepage to search the providers listed on our site. You may also access providers from the homepage by clicking on a specific profession that will pull up all providers in that field.
We have a large number of professionals to meet your needs. Those providers are from the following fields: Health Coaches, Life Coaches, Mental Health Coaches, Nutrition Coaches, Personal Trainers, Myofascial Release Therapists, Aromatherapists, Wellness Professionals, Plant Medicine, Yoga Instructors, Pilates Instructors, Reiki Healers, Iridologists, Estheticians, Beauty Professionals/Stylists, Spiritual Coaches, and Animal Wellness.
Clients can create an account for free! Providers pay $19.99 per month, or $199.99 per year, which gives them two months for free.
Providers can find the link to their profile in their Dashboard under ‘Profile.’ They can also find their Referral Link in their Dashboard under ‘My Referrals.’ Simply copy the link, and send it out to your social media accounts and/or by email to invite prospective clients, and begin to grow your business!
Providers can share their profile link anywhere? By using their Referral Link located under ‘My Referrals’ in their Dashboard, providers will receive points toward badges anytime a new client or new provider signs up under their link.
Simply go to the provider’s profile, click on ‘Book A Session,’ and schedule what works best for you! The provider may offer in-person or online sessions. If online, you will be able to connect with the provider directly from our platform! Once you have submitted payment, your appointment session will show up in your Dashboard under ‘My Sessions.’
Providers have the option of offering in-person or online appointments. Online appointments and payments take place directly on our platform for the convenience of the provider and the client! Completed online appointments and submitted payments also earn points toward upgraded badges!
You can go directly to a provider’s profile and select ‘Quick Chat.’ Responses to those questions will be located within your Dashboard under Chat. This allows you to get answers to your questions you may have that aren’t located on the provider’s profile, and ensures you get the perfect provider for your specific needs! You can also book a free 20-minute consultation with providers who choose to offer this option. Simply go to the provider’s profile and select ‘Book Free Consultation.’ From there, you can select the date and time that works best for you, and begin your journey toward finding the right provider on your path toward wellness!
Your Dashboard provides a detailed look into how you’re progressing on our platform. You can view your sessions, reviews, and your earnings! NTRL Wellness is designed to provide everything you need to be successful as you grow your business!
You can cancel your subscription under ‘My Subscriptions’ in your Dashboard.
Clients who cancel an appointment outside of 24 hours may do so without penalty. A cancellation that occurs within 24 hours of an appointment will be penalized 50% of the session fee. That 50% will be awarded to the provider. This is to cover the amount of work time Providers put in before their session, and inadequate time for providers to fill the cancelled time slot. Upon cancellation, the client will receive a link that is good for 72 hours, and will allow them to reschedule with the provider. Once the link expires, clients will need to reach out to the provider to ask for another link. If a provider cancels a session, a link will be sent to the client allowing them to reschedule within a 72 hour window for a later date.
We do not set limitations on the amount of clients you can have on our platform. The amount of clients you have is up to you, and we do not charge extra fees when you bring in additional clients.
There are a number of features that allow you to grow your business on NTRL Wellness! Those features include sharing your profile via social media or by email, ability to offer free consultations to clients, ability to offer Bundles for clients, our unique Bid Feature that gives providers more control in gaining new clients, ability to post events through the Event Management Calendar to have a greater reach to reach new clients, ability to engage and connect with clients and providers on our Community Feature and much more!
